Rental Conditions

1. Driver Requirements

The renter and all additional drivers must hold a valid driving licence that is accepted for driving in Greece.

The minimum age depends on the vehicle category and is clearly stated on the relevant vehicle page. Some luxury, premium or high-performance vehicles may require a higher minimum age.

The renter must present the original driving licence and a valid passport or identity card when collecting the vehicle.

2. Rental Price

The rental price shown during the reservation process is based on the selected vehicle, rental dates and rental period.

The confirmed rental price includes the services and insurance specifically stated for the selected vehicle.

Unless otherwise stated, the rental price includes:

• Unlimited mileage
• CDW insurance with the stated excess
• Theft and fire insurance
• One additional driver
• Vehicle delivery and collection within our normal service area

Any additional services or charges agreed separately will be clearly communicated before the rental begins.

3. Reservation & Payment

A reservation is confirmed after payment of the 20% booking deposit.

The remaining balance is payable when the vehicle is delivered or collected, unless another arrangement has been agreed in writing.

Online deposits are processed securely through our payment provider. Available payment methods may include credit card, debit card and PayPal.

A reservation is only valid for the vehicle, dates, times and locations shown in the booking confirmation.

4. Pick-up & Drop-off

The renter must provide correct pick-up and drop-off information when making the reservation.

Airport deliveries may be arranged 24 hours a day, subject to confirmation. Port and hotel/villa deliveries are available during the service hours shown in the booking system.

The renter is responsible for informing us as soon as possible of any significant delay or change to the agreed arrival or delivery time.

The vehicle must be returned at the agreed date, time and location unless a different arrangement has been confirmed by us.

5. Insurance

Vehicles include Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) with the excess amount stated for the individual vehicle.

CDW reduces the renter's financial responsibility for covered damage to the vehicle up to the applicable excess.

Insurance is valid only when the vehicle is used in accordance with these Rental Conditions, Greek law and the rental agreement.

Damage resulting from prohibited use, negligence, driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, unauthorised drivers or other serious violations of the rental agreement may not be covered.

6. Tyres, Glass & Underbody

Damage to tyres, wheels, glass and the underbody of the vehicle is not covered by the standard insurance unless specifically confirmed otherwise in writing.

The renter is responsible for damage caused by misuse, unsuitable roads, careless driving or driving in locations that are not appropriate for the vehicle.

7. Use of the Vehicle

The vehicle may only be driven by drivers authorised in the rental agreement.

The vehicle may not be:

• Used for racing, competitions or speed testing
• Used for towing another vehicle unless specifically authorised
• Driven by a person under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Used for any illegal activity
• Driven outside Greece without prior written permission
• Used in a reckless, abusive or negligent manner

Off-road driving is not permitted unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific vehicle and confirmed by us in writing.

8. Fuel

The vehicle should normally be returned with approximately the same fuel level as at the beginning of the rental.

Fuel consumed during the rental period is the responsibility of the renter.

9. Additional Driver

One additional driver is included free of charge unless otherwise stated for the selected vehicle.

Every additional driver must meet the applicable age and driving licence requirements and must be registered on the rental agreement before driving the vehicle.

10. Traffic Fines

The renter is fully responsible for all traffic fines, parking fines, toll charges and other penalties incurred during the rental period.

Where legally required, renter information may be supplied to the relevant authorities.

11. Accidents, Damage & Breakdown

In case of an accident, damage, mechanical problem or breakdown, the renter must contact us as soon as reasonably possible.

The renter should not arrange repairs or replacement parts without our prior approval, except where immediate action is necessary for safety reasons.

In case of an accident, the renter must cooperate fully and provide all information reasonably required for the insurance procedure, including details of any other vehicles or persons involved.

12. Cancellation

Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled vehicle delivery time are eligible for a full refund of the 20% booking deposit.

For cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled vehicle delivery time, the booking deposit is non-refundable.

An exception may be made in case of a medical reason, provided that an appropriate medical certificate is supplied, or in case of force majeure.

In case of a no-show without prior cancellation, the booking deposit is non-refundable.

13. Vehicle Availability

Every effort is made to provide the exact vehicle reserved.

In exceptional circumstances beyond our reasonable control, such as unexpected damage, mechanical failure or another vehicle becoming unavailable immediately before the rental, we may offer a suitable alternative vehicle.

If we are unable to provide the reserved vehicle or a suitable alternative and the reservation cannot proceed, any booking deposit already paid will be refunded.

14. Personal Information

Personal information provided during the reservation process is used for the administration and fulfilment of the rental agreement, customer communication, payment processing and any legal or insurance requirements connected with the rental.

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.

15. Acceptance of Rental Conditions

By submitting a reservation and paying the booking deposit, the renter confirms that these Rental Conditions have been read, understood and accepted.

The conditions applicable to the reservation are those in force at the time the reservation is made, together with any specific conditions stated in the booking confirmation or rental agreement.
